Our Made-to-Order Model
Shake Force™ operates on a made-to-order (print-to-order) production model. We do not maintain inventory or warehouse stock. When you place an order, our machines begin crafting your shaker bottle specifically for you. This allows us to keep quality high, reduce waste, and offer competitive pricing.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
Because production begins shortly after payment is received, all return and cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. After this window, your shaker has entered production and we are unable to cancel, refund, or accept returns — the unit cannot be restocked or resold.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email contact@pivo-trade.com within 24 hours of payment with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Shake Force™ shaker arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace the unit at no cost or issue a full refund.
